Who’s Minding the Shop?

I was reading an article on A List Apart, and it offered great justification for a digital MRO plan. What’s that, you may ask? Well, it stands for Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, and it’s normally something you’d want to have in place if you were building a machine.

But aren’t you? Aren’t you building a recruitment and enrollment machine? A machine that sets you apart as the place to go, because you’re the best there is? I’d argue that your website is the most valuable tool you’ve got in your communications arsenal.
